Payroll Deductions
The ICU is a community credit union serving the Greater Boston area. Since
many companies may not be large enough or desire to establish and maintain
their own credit union, we provide our products and services as a no cost benefit.
The company enhances the HR benefit package offered to the employee, while
the credit union provides financial services directly through payroll deduction.
It's purely a "win/win" opportunity for both:
- No cost to the employer or employee
- No contract between the company and ICU
- We handle the setup of new accounts and support your payroll department going forward
- We provide all forms, right from the start at no cost
- We will participate in benefits events at the company and provide assitance freely to persons assigned
as a liaison between the company and ICU
- We answer all employee questions and concerns and NEVER put the company in the middle
